The firm represents public companies and companies seeking to access public markets in initial public offerings and/or other increasingly more common structures, in National Exchanges, and OTC Markets.  When representing issuers, the firm typically becomes involved in all aspects of corporate and business planning and structuring, including preparation of registration statements, listing applications, and related transactional aspects.
